End Of Consultation

At the end of your consultation, you may choose to set your Commonplace as either ‘completed’ or ‘closed’. Two years after after any expiration of your licence, your Commonplaces will be set to ‘archived’. More information on each status is detailed below:

Completed (typically when you have closed your engagement / consultation phases)

  • content remains live to the public, but is no longer open for responses.

  • dashboard and settings are open for admins to view and access.

Closed (typically if and when your licence expires)

  • content remains live to the public, but is no longer open for responses.

  • a banner is added to notify the public that this Commonplace is closed.

  • dashboard and settings are only open for admins to view and access if you have an active licence.

Archived (not less than two years after expiration of your licence)

  • content remains live to the public, but is no longer open for responses.

  • a banner is added to notify the public that this Commonplace is closed.

  • dashboard and settings are only open for admins to view and access if you have an active licence.

  • all data is pseudonymised, which is to say that all contributions are disassociated from respondent data (email, demographics information, consents etc).
